Hi everyone. I'm looking for some hotels that aren't too far from the tapton hall in broomhill (S10)? I know there's the rutland nearby, but does anyone know of any others?

Just 200 yards below - opposite the top of Crookesmoor Road. Up a drive so it stands back behind the bus stop, one up from Broomhill.

My parents stopped there and it was very 'old people's homey' to say the least. Why not have a look on www.tripadvisor.co.uk?

Linzi - any particular time of year? I ask because the hotels are usually well booked up when the snooker is at The Crucible which is usually the last two weeks of April and first of May.
I've heard a similar story when there is a pop concert at The Arena so it's well worth looking ahead or booking ahead!
