honestly, whats the point in them? can anyone really see an police officer on a horse galloping through the streets lord of the rings style, fighting everyday crime?

But they are great for crowd control and therefore are generally used on such occasions...:thumbsup:

There were 2 bobbies on mountain bikes around Nether Edge a few weeks ago. Can't really see them being able to get to catch many crims either....still, keeps 'em fit I spose :rolleyes:

Yeh, an' how they gonna catch a burglar drivin' round in a car, jus' listnin' to radio 1...

...an' what use are they just strolin' round the streets, window shoppin' or summat...

...not to mention they're no use what-so-ever just sat round a cop-shop, what do they do in there anyway, just play pool plob'ly...

...no use any of 'em.
