Hopefully some of you guys may be able to help with this problem.
My girlfriend yesterday got a 3 pay-monthly phone through Just3G. The phone is faulty (screen lights up but is completely white and buttons 'beep' but nothing happens).
I can't get through to Just3G (lines busy, they disconnect after a few rings) and I have also just read some horror stories about them (some people having problems getting their cashback, other people having problems with the phone lines).
So I ring 3 to cancel under their 14 day money back guarantee, but they tell me I have to get a disconnection number from the dealer.
Exactly who is the contract with? Is it the dealer or 3? The phone was free so I'm not looking for any refund, just to cancel the contract.
Any ideas?
