Well which one and why? :D

I have never watched any religiously, just on the off chance - when bored or unlucky enough to have to stay in! Friday and Saturday nights are party nights, not TV nights!

X Factor I have only ever watched when in for auditions (although have caught a few in knockout stage), Strictly - never, they all do my head in (judges, dancers the lot...), I'm a Celeb - only watch out for the gruesome tasks, Big Brother - switch on late night to help get me back to sleep, The Family - god no, they are all annoying and as for Shipwrecked - only ever watched when in bed hungover.

I like watching the Come Dine With Me thingy show now and then, does that count...?

The only time I've watched a 'reality' TV programme has been when I haven't been quick enough to turn the tv over. Even that small exposure has scarred me for life.

The 'talent' ones are a good laugh when the rubbish ones are on, but the novelty of seeing the weekly instalments of marketing of young hopefuls with little to naturally distinguish them has no appeal whatsoever.

Similarly I have no idea what the appeal of the 'celebrity' ones are - although Robbie from Eastenders was quite funny in his first bush tucker trial (but before you accuse me of hypocrisy, I didn't watch the programme, I got emailed the youtube link)

It's not up there - but I like to watch Dancing on Ice - I love ice skating you see.

I only watch BB (and celeb BB). I can't be bothered with any of the others, they don't appeal at all.

Although in the past few years I've been a bit less enthusiastic about BB as well.

i'd say out of all of those the one i watch religious(er) is x factor.

think the worst reality show has to be 'im a celeb'. why would i want to watch them getting a free holiday pretending to be in a jungle. just a shame celeb love island is no more.....
