Is any one else in the Hackenthorpe area experiencing lights flickering, this has happen in the evenings this week, is it an electricity problem or have I been watching "Most Haunted" too much

A number of possibilities spring to mind

1. As you mentioned - an alien or supernatural 'force' is present in your lounge watching tv with you and eyeing up the nibbles

2. That yummy scrummy puppy has been nibbling at some cables. Gotta love him!

3. You have a bad case of 'fickering eye' syndrome and need to pop to the late night chemist and get an eye bath

4. The residents of S12 have been lax in paying their leccy/council tax bills and are getting regular 'warnings' of possible disconnection

5. You need to change your 60 watters.

I think you need to stick another 20p in the meter.

hmm hadn't thought of flickering eyes, I'll go with that option and give them a good wash. If that doesn't work I'll get Yvette & Derek Acorah to come and check us out.

Flickering lights? Hey it happens all the time here (Woodhouse) reckon it's cause they doing something with the leccie!

Or 'atmospherics' but don't think there's much going on in that respect????

hi im from hackenthorpe, ive not noticed any flashing lights. which part are u talking about? could it be down on rainbow estate? just a guess with the name?

o sorry u mean in the house, woops i thought u meant outside. no mine arnt flashing.

hmm everytime we plug something into the mains here and switch it on our light flicker
but our wiring was done by a monkey. quite literally

I think it was wired before people really understood wires.

You walk into the cellar and theres this mass of copper hanging arond the leccy meter, leading up to uninsulated wires hanging precariously above your head

occasionally dripping water.
