One of our friends has found a dog and has been fostering it, hoping its owners may be found but they have had him for nearly 4 months , so the chances are they won't.
My friend works and isn't on a vast amount of money, she wants him neuted and is going to do it somehow. she has just insured the little dog wit Argos and paid for all his injections and a chip , but now her wage is to be cut she can't afford to neuter him aswell, hence is there anywhere thatwill help her?
Does the RSPCA still do the vouchers? or does any other organisations help because she doesn't qualify for benifits.
any help apprieciated

if she's effectively 'rescued' him, she may be able to get some assistance from the RSPCA - you can but ask

What channels did they try to find the owner?

the dog is registered with all the local vets and beyond . Been on doglost and lots of other sites, including neighbouring counties . she was told she should let him go to the pound by the dogwarden but she fell in love with him,to be fair he was possibly dumped as he is young and was a handful when she first had him.
