I see in the paper and heard on radio sheffield that Cec Coldwell has died. I met him once in a paper shop he owned in Manchester and had a great conversation with him about football. He did a lot for United as player, coach and filling in as manager a couple of occassions.
Condolences to his family and friends

Rest in peace Cec

thanks for the memories

RIP Cec

I didn't know much about him, but heard him mentioned a lot by blades when I was younger. Always sad when a servant to Sheffield football passes on, doesn't matter which side of the city they represented.

I saw his sister yesterday and she passed on the sad news. He was a great ambasador for United and died far too young.
