Hi All

I'm after some Valvoline Synpower fully synthetic gear oil as I'm told this is the best stuff going for Subarus and I have two of those and an MX5 to change the gear oil for. Also a Triumph 1500FWD but I'm told synthetic isn't wise for a classic. Even so I need 13L of gear oil so I'm after a 20L drum. Does anyone know of a Valvoline stockist in or around Sheffield that could get this? I can get it online but it's £20 delivery since it's so heavy.

Thanks for the suggestions but neither are able to get it. Neepsend said they used to be able to get Valvoline but can't any longer.

You might want to try Leisureways at Rotherham.

I usually buy the valvoline 20/50 racing oil from there for the TVR.

If they haven't got this they have the excellent Millers range of oils.

Yes I was going to suggest Leisureways as well.

What about Shaws on Abbeydale Rd. I'm pretty sure they stock Valvoline. Tel is 258 3838.

try sheffield imported motor factors i think they do valvoline :huh:

Thanks guys. Leisureways could only supply Valvoline's synthetic blend gear oil not Synpower, and Shaws no longer stock Valvoline, but Sheffield Imported Motor Factors came up trumps and are getting it for me. Cheers.
