your sock video was funny but the others on your face book of other reptiles eating rodents was quiet sick poor defenceless mice and rats , and these people find that funny i thought this was a forum for animal lovers not for watching defenceless creatures die , it made me sick to the stomach

I dont agree with it myself but when an animal wont eat what do you do let it starve....it eats frozen rats now but when i got him he was half starved and wouldn't eat nothing that was dead and the link was to the funny video not the feeding one as I no this is a family site..it not my problem you was looking through the other videos is it

I agree - that is the reason why I didn't look at them as I had a feeling that the poor little mice may still be alive - NOT something that animal lovers want to watch although we appreciate that these creatures need feeding - it doesn't make it any less upsetting. :mad:

I agree Knighthawk - I looked at yours - you can't be blamed if someone decides to look at the vids that are brought up afterwards - with titles such as 'Tegu versus 5 mice' and 'Tegu - mouse no 1' - I would have thought that this is an obvious enough indicator of what you are going to see if you click on it!! :confused:

thanks lots of wild captured animals wont eat frozen food till they have acclimatized and settled in....if they took a good look it was a rat not a mouse and was dead in one bite not like some of the sick videos that are posted on youtube just for fun....and I would like to no what other videos I have supposed to have posted with live feeding:loopy:

i tell ya what i wont feed my dogs for a week you bring ya reptiles round and watch my dogs eat them hows that , i dont care how ya dress it up its cruel , i have even heard people warning people to not give there kittens away free as some people feed to snakes,i watched it out of shock ,if this is what you have to feed reptiles when they wont eat i never want one i couldnt live with myself disgustiing whats pleasurable about owning a pet that does that bescause i am not sure

It might not be pleasurable but it is nature just like a cat playing with a moth, a bird catching the worm, it goes on all around us all the time. As for watching the video on youTube you had the choice to stop it when you saw the mouse but decided to watch till the end instead.

maybe but i wont be watching it again turned my stomach, each to our own i think these arent for me but if you have a passion for them, then thats your choice and your love, i couldnt feed anything live bait and to drop it in a tank on purpose thats beyond me knowing its going to die , i didnt want to seem rude but cant agree with it sorry
