I used to do Boxercise at uni and am looking to start up again. I'm looking for a non-intimidating class for people like myself (i.e. not very buff but looking for a harder workout than usual aerobics classes). The classes I used to attend were a mixture of circuit training and/or skipping before partnering up with gloves and pads. I live in Nethergreen and work at the Hallamshire Hospital but could travel. Any suggestions?
