The BBc news website had this to say (12.11pm)

Four men have been arrested under the Terrorism Act in Sheffield. Police said several items of property had been seized during the arrests, which happened on Tuesday.

A district judge sitting at Sheffield Magistrates' Court has granted officers a further 72 hours to question the men.

A police spokesman told BBC News Online: "No information is available to say there is any risk to the public regarding these arrests.

"Although no details of the property are being released we can say no hazardous substances, weapons or ammunition were recovered."

Yes, I have just seen this on Sky News. Didn't give much details just said nothing was found and but some properties have been removed.

Some time ago two of my children returned home from Meadowhall saying they'd been approached by a middle aged foreigner who told them not to come into that shopping mall on a Sunday. The children did approach a security guard to inform him of what had been said but we didn't hear anymore about it but do wonder what it was all about.

I think he was being kind, Meadowhall is dreadful.
