Barnsley Away
Reading Home
Wolves Home
Ipswich Away

If we can get a good run in these next 4 games, Surley this should give us hope for the 2nd half of the year. other teams mangers saying we should be in the play offs, if we win 3 of these i think we should be looking at 2nd / 1st palce byt the end of the year :-) UTB

i said when the fixtures came out november's going to be a tricky month. but remember playing us is also tricky for them. will be happy'ish with 7 points from those 12. and a decent december will set us up nice for the second half of the season. reading are looking good but its any 1 from wolves, brum, united for automatic and wait and see what qpr spend in january.

a agree, 7 points from that would be a good return, we should beat barnsley and ipswitch away, its just what we do against them 2 ah home- although our home form has been fantastic so its them who will be more worried about coming to bramall lane.

not a win outright but one of the best away games i've been to the ipswich play off semi. 1-1 at the lane and 2-2 at theres. went through on away goals.

pity about hopkins and palace

Didn't we win 3-0 at Charlton last season, under the previous manager (must've been a fluke!)?

For Ipswich, is Stead eligible to play, or is he still technically on loan from us (with the signing in January)?

Edit: yes 28-11-07, CA 0-3 SU, Beattie, Cahill, Armstrong..

It must have been a fluke because a certain Mr Cheeky Bandit who has dissapeared from the pages boldly predicted Charlton would hammer us because they hadn't conceded a goal in so many matches and had scored a ton of goals in so many matches BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Hoping Charlton go down this season actually :hihi::hihi:

We haven't seen him for a while have we?

Just got back from another 3 points:D.Yes you're right,of course we won at Charlton last season,I clean forgot. You would think Stead shouldn't be able to play-as Howard couldn't today, but I'm not certain.

Could see us getting 6 points from Reading and Wolves, although i expect two of the toughest games of the season there, would be happy with 4.. Ipswich are a decent side but i reckon we can do them. Win against Reading could take us to 2nd, and 4 points from Wolves and Ipswich would be brilliant..

Thought Sun Jihai struggled at times against Devaney;first time I've seen him have problems this season.Maybe Blackie could put a bid in for him...

Dependant on whether United inserted a clause in Steads loan move, he could well play against us. Let's hope not though
