Well I am the administrator and would like to know how I can reverse this.

Never knew that I had disabled it :(

Might be a trojan.

Well I have been messing around with my 'Start Menu' properties, and have quite good security.

So I am hoping it is a one-off, I only formatted about 2 weeks ago.
