Can anyone confirm, or otherwise that Gilders have been given planning permission to develop their existing site on Middlewood Rd?
I have heard that the plans to build 200+ flats is now back on!
If so, and the idea of having only 75 onsite parking spaces is correct, then where do they think any remaining vehicles are to be parked?
The area around Middlewood Road is already overcrowded, as anyone trying to park after about 7 o'clock will confirm!
I have seen the Traffic Wardens booking cars parked at the bottom of the roads leading off Middlewood Rd on many occasions due to limited parking spaces.
