The doctor will give you a sick note and (as far as I recall!) it will tell you on the note where you have to send it.

Did it turn out to be ulcers, then?

Ouch - same as me, bloody painful. But the tablets do help, once you find the right one. And sleeping with the head of the bed propped up a bit helps, too.

aww thanks hun, this sick pay thing seems confusing lol, it says id get 75 per week but from employer but i dont get sick pay from them, and it says it goes on N.I payment but wont have paid much
