The house we are renting has a cat flap, and because Oz dog is so small he can get through it! Not really a problem because you can slide a little plastic thing across to stop it from opening. I don't know what keeps happening but I think Oz has worked out how to slide it. Because I have just heard him barking... outside. Aparantly he thought it was time to come back inside, but didn't like the angle of getting back through from the step. This isn't the first time this has happened either, he has done it a few times recently, usually whining when he wants to come back in, today I obviously didn't hear the whines so he had to resort to a louder bark. Luckily the back garden is quite  secure, although with him being so small and sneaky he keeps showing me new holes that need blocking and going next door

Hehe, he's a mischeivious little guy!

Can't you just buy a fire safety thing you know to stop children getting to the fire? Then put it in front of the door to stop him going through?

I love Oz

Thanks for the offer Strix, and good idea Lotti.

It's all ok for a few days thanks, he isn't going to be on his own and if I'm in it isn't so much of an issue. Just need to wait til I have some money then I'll be getting a new door anyway. (Single glazing and gaping cat flap isn't nice in this cold weather). But I may give you a shout if I need one, thanks Strix.

He is mischevious a twerp! Tonight at the stables, he decided the Geese needed a bit of exercise and chased them across the yard. Then he stopped suddenly, picked his front paw up and stared at me as if he had broken it or something. :help: I could see him thinking :( I've hurt it mummy. I called him over and he wouldn't even put it to the ground and just hopped over. I picked him up to have a look, nothing! The little twerp had stood in a puddle. He is such a ponse sometimes.
