I am trying to print off an image that shows the bounding box. On screen the black and white image has a box around it but when i print the image off the bounding box lines have disapeared.
Does anyone know how to keep the bounding box line on the printed image?
Thanks

Take a screen shot before printing it would probably work.

Have you tried
print options... (make sure 'show more options' is ticked)
border...
you can make it whatever thickness you want
;)
click on image, resize, canvas size.... then choose the size of box required,
i use 0.5cm, then choose colour, then ok it.
donks.

Are you using Full blown photoshop or Elements??
Those instructions don't make any sense on my version of photoshop
(Although that could be cos I've got Photoshop 6.0, which is quite old ;))

I don't think there is a way to print the bounding box aswell. The bounding box is simply a tool element in Photoshop that tranforms an object within a PSD.
If you're wanting a thin box around your image, simply create new layer (Sft+Ctrl+N/Sft+Cmd+N), then select all (Ctrl+A/Cmd+A), then go to 'Stroke' in the Edit menu and select what colour you'd like your stroke to be and what width.
A much simpler way to 'stroke' an image in PS is to add an editable stroke using layer styles. Click the little 'fx' logo at bottom of layers pallette and select stoke.
Though if asking such basic questions, PS is really not the programme to be using.
Lightroom would be a much better tool and actually is better at printing than PS anyway. Shame it doesn't do borders/strokes.
Thanks everyone but the quickest and easiest way is using the border in the print options suggested by katieb 23

Though the main advantage of stroking the image/image layer itself, is that it will also appear if you use the image online for example, which is where I often like to use a border, not to mention you can vary the colour and border thickness to suit image.
