Me- blonde, her- dark, I am shorter than she is. I have "hobbit" sized feet, she has small feet. She is a liar , a thief, and, (coff) loose of morals(!) I am almost pathological in my honesty, and my morals are very high. She is a "user" (of people), and I am fiercely independent. My looks feature my mother, and my build and colouring favour my father. (except my mother's eye colour, which I inherited) my sister's looks favour my father, and her build and colouring take more after my mother's side. We are also opposites in intellect. I was bright, and studious, I was obedient, working hard at school. My sister was often found to be truanting, and did hardly anything, academically. (to the point where she is barely literate). I guess not, genes play an awfully important part in these matters. savbaby 21-05-2005, 21:53 Originally posted by Kristian Yeah, do you have one that can spell, form a rational argument, be nice and is generally well-liked? Thanks, Joe hazel 22-05-2005, 13:29 My sister could read when she was 3, moved up classes at school after being in a few wks, some classes not going in at all. was sent to read to the older children and had to stand on a box so she could see over the desk. Never failed an exam in her life. Made me look very slow. And I was intelligent in my own right. She was very sensible with lots of common sense. whereas I can have some very vague days. She was older than me so I never caught her up. We looked alike, was dressed alike and was called those twins. We were a version of the railway children me doing the fetching and carrying and her doing the good deeds. Didn't do my self esteem any good. hazel igm1 22-05-2005, 13:38 My sister is extremely loud and outgoing whilst I am the opposite really. My sister is also like my Dad. Same goes for my half brother and half sister (share the same father). So I have my Mum's qualities, lucky me! Hels 23-05-2005, 12:10 I think my sister is pretty much the opposite of me too! I'm blonde, she's dark My hair is poker straight, hers is naturally really curly She saves every little penny, unlike me! She never buys anything new, unlike me! She never wears make-up, unlike me! She's not interested in music, television, reading, unlike me! I was first in the queue for the boobies - she was last She's her dad's little angel, i'm his little devil She has no spontineity (and she can spell), she's quite serious and doesn't do things 'just for fun' - lol But, she has 3 beautiful children who we both really adore ... and we'll always be there for each other  missrabbit 23-05-2005, 12:19 My sister in really tall, thin, long silky blonde hair, big bright blue eyes, tanned, really girly, loud, into RnB, loves working in an office and tidy. I on the other hand am small, not slim but not fat, short black hair, dark blue eyes, paler than a ghost, a bit tomboyish, shy, into techno and rock, hate working in offices and very messy! So is our milkman! technophobe 23-05-2005, 12:20 My twin sister is 6'3" skinny (on verge of being emmaciated) intelligent snobish Can be mardy reserved unstylish speaks several different languages ohh and doesnt particular like people generally. OH YEAH I AM THE OPPOSITE AND PROUD OF IT. :D 21steve 23-05-2005, 13:06 this remiinds me of something interesting i heard on the radio that in families if you have siblings it is quite common to take on a role that has not been occupied so as not to directly compete. i.e. if your older sibling is very studious it is likely that you will be more social/sporting. in my family my bro was laid back/social my sister took the studious role i went for comedic/social and then my little bro decided all the jobs were taken and he'd justsit round doing bugger all! |
