View Full Version : Scary avatars for Halloween anyone?

As is traditional with the various seasonal festivities, I wonder if anyone was thinking of changing their avatar to celebrate Halloween this week, perhaps to a werewolf, zombie or perhaps a picture of Mick Hucknall first thing in the morning. Or even just adapting your existing avatar in photoshop with a trail of blood and a flash of entrails.

Go on - you know you want to!

Why is it that when I pick a new moving avatar it never moves when it's on forum?

Why is it that when I pick a new moving avatar it never moves when it's on forum?

It might depend on how you've uploaded it. Did you save it to your computer & upload it or have you linked to it from a website? If you saved it to your computer did you change the image size and made sure you re-saved it as an animated gif?

Try this site (http://www.gifworks.com/index.php) to re-size gif. files.

Its really easy to use.....

Click on where it says "click here to begin"

click on the file options and choose "open image"
- you will then see an upload box and browse.....find the avatar you want and upload it

then go to edit and change size

Easy peasy.....it must be.....I understood it :D
