Have a look on the Asda website or Gordon Ramsay's site, we usually print recipes off of those sites & cook it for tea, they're really nice :)

I would roast some veg - potatoes, parsnip, swede, sweet potato, squash - whatever you like/have with paprika and pepper. Lovely for a cold day.

I would have it in a cream and red wine sauce with some fried mushrooms thrown in. Then maybe some thick cut home made chips. Leave the skins on them and season them with salt or whatever else you fancy.
Sirloin - It actually depends how you eat your steak. If you have it well done than do what you like as per above suggestions because it's no bloody good now anyways! If you have it rare or medium-rare then leave it alone instead of smothering it in crap! Have some nice garlic mash and be creative with the veg but don't ruin the steak!
Rump - Type Rump steak recipes into google and fill your boots!
I like it best with creamy, buttery mash and loads of steamed veg:love:

Stroganoff sounds good if you have any cream/creme fraiche handy.
