Same goes for the craze of 'decking'. Jon 20-05-2005, 18:03  So after a hard days happy slapping and putting pegs on people do the youths go daisy-chaining..:hihi: in my days all the fun we got was drinking cider in the peace gardens fighting with the mods (not the forum ones) sonofman 20-05-2005, 18:13 Originally posted by saxon51 offence carries a fine of up to £2500 or three months in nick. Har dee. har dee, har:hihi: :hihi: :hihi: Just read my post again, and well spotted sonofman:thumbsup: alchresearch 20-05-2005, 18:38 It all seems a bit "Clockwork Orange" to me - bored youths beating up innocent passers by. Strix 20-05-2005, 18:47 I saw a bunch of kids in Woodhouse who hadn't quite got the hang of it - they were beating themselves up whilst their mates took pics :loopy: You know, running into walls and falling into wheeliebins :suspect: saxon51 20-05-2005, 18:50 Originally posted by Strix I saw a bunch of kids in Woodhouse who hadn't quite got the hang of it - they were beating themselves up whilst their mates took pics :loopy: You know, running into walls and falling into wheeliebins :suspect: Haaa! Natural selection at its best:thumbsup: You see all you doubters,....we are still evolving (some quicker than others) WallBuilder 20-05-2005, 21:56 I haven't seen this particular idiotic pastime and hope in many ways that I never do as I'm not sure whether I'd manage to restrain myself from either thumping the fool or even better getting hold of the camera phone and smashing it. I would imagine that this is the sort of thing that Tony Blair and his government are keen to put a stop to so let's hope we'll soon be seeing the media rather than making it out as a bit of youngster high jinks will instead be showing kids having their camera phones smashed. You are ofcause right. Mr Blair will have a Minister for Happy Slapping on the job in no time, complete with secretary, staff, 80 days' annual leave and a villa in the Seychelles. "Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime." :loopy: Incidentally, you couldn't make it up could you: The government now wants to implement a nature of 'respect' amongst our school children. Yet, it's okay for the likes of that buffoon Prescott to go around telling every journalist to ***** off!! And it would be easy to sort the respect thing out. Discipline, beginning in the home would be a start and continued at school. Corporal punishment should be there as a last resort. Captain_Scarlet 21-05-2005, 07:49 If anyone attemps to happy slap me, he/she will fall short of me wacking them in the legs. morons ! No way, if that kind of technology was introduced people would be going ' my nan couldn't send a vid of our jason to me because of this stupid tecnology, its all because of the PC brigade you know' :) Nicholarse 23-05-2005, 19:58 I've heard that they will soon be able to activate these cameras without your consent. The software isn't far away for them to make these phones mobile independant surveillance cameras. Then the "happy slappers" can film all the illegal activity they like and expect to be prosecuted the next day. Lovely stuff. NM |
