We are now trying to find money for a light and cctv cam for yard. Good job dogs were not out as they would have been bit.
Does anyone know of a good cctv that not to expensive with infra red and can plug into pc and motion sensor light for back yard.

ours came from Macro curtousy of my employers as they felt it would give us a good start to being secure, and we could also see if the gate here were open to protect thechildren and animals.

We have it on our upstairs tv so if we hear any noise we turn it straight on and can see whats going on , we can also record too with ours one disc last 24 hours.

You could always do it this way with a standed one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/USB-DVR-CCTV-Video-Audio-Recorder-Capture-Adapter-K45_W0QQitemZ280278627650QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item2 80278627650&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C 240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Argos, B&Q, Maplin all sell decent cheap CCTV equipment, or we just have a couple of signs up, they don't know if we have or have'nt.

Oh man, I so want to have a pet ferret. Heard they smell though, even if they are cleaned out on a regular basis. How true is this?

I remember this sort of thing happening years ago.

people would phone up adverts for ferrets, get the address, maybe even go and view them, then go back at night and steal the lot.

B*****ds - I would lend the biggest most ferocious guard dog from someone - leave it in your yard - and let that sort em out - won't come back in a hurry - if at all :D lol. I do sympathise with you and hope you get somethin sorted - theres nothing worse than whittling if your little darlings are ok. Good Luck

How true is this? The only time they smell really bad is when there not cared for enough mine come out 3 times a day cleaned out each time have a wipe down twice a day and smell no more than a average hamster or rat ect.
