Deserved the win IMO
our strikers have no confidence as you could of seen
What did you think of our support, ****e numbers tbh dont know how vocal we were. You have a proper football ground, decent fans made abit of noise

Good luck for the season:thumbsup:

Thanks for that matey!

To be fair, I thought we were pretty quiet until we chanted Ugo's name for what seemed like 15 minutes at the end.

Couldn't really hear you guys, but as ever, well done to all those who spend a fortune to watch their side all over the country. Proper fans, and always welcome at the Lane.

Let's say that I thought your side was as, er, 'physical' as ever, but what a clown of a referee today! At least he seemed to be equally incompetent for both sides.

Bloody hell u r so right, i can remember a wet wednesday night against the old Wimbledon and actually met 2 of there fans, i was amazed, they even said you will spot us, were the ones with the super dons sign, they went all over top footy fans.
I suppose the less they bring the more respect you have for em.

To be honest i think we lost 1-0 i could be wrong but i seem to remember a typical sloppy typical standard call it what you like Wimbledon goal.
I can remember the goal for the lack of sound from the away end, it still doesn't make the goal they have scored against you any better mind.
Them and Mk Dons make them almost unplayable as far as questions are concerened in pub quiz's there more about opinion now than a "Club" which is a shame.
Where doe's there copy of the FA Cup live?

maybe it was 1-0, just remember sitting on the grandstand 1 evening match and laughing at how many away fans there was. good point about the cup, didnt wimbledon get replaced by mk dons, i guess they've got it. the wimbledon team are a completely new club so i wouldnt of thought they would have it, even though they should

I counted them on one awful Tuesday night at the Lane.

47.

They brought 57 the following year. On a Tuesday night.

Every one of them a true and proper fan.

Yes i can remember counting the Wimbledon fans that night and there could only have been about 60 of them.
Proper fans like you say.

LOl , I suppose being a wednesday fan it would be more interesting counting the away fans than watching the footy.:)

I thought we were shocking yesterday, Beattie, Webber and Stokes were all on a different wave length.

Cheers for that matey!

I actually thought you passed it about quite well at times and looked decent going forward, you just didn't have that cutting edge.

Glad you like the ground too. Although, that does throw up the question:

Which is better to an away fan (outside of Sheffield - not meaning Blades at Hillsborough etc) - Bramall Lane or Hillsborough?
