After today's excursion with the staffie x that ended up in the pound I have taken a moment to think just how much I love my dogs. My life revolves around my dogs anyway but I seem to take less and less time to just enjoy them.

I'm sat on the floor, laptop on the footstool in front of me, Eddy on his big cushion which I've pulled up on my left and Takara's on my right, in front of her much loved fire with her chin on my leg.

It's perfect.

Think it'll be a late night tonight- I don't want to have to go up to bed!

I've spent the week without my tripehound and my feline furries- and I have missed them more than I can say.

I've met some lovely doggies while I've been away, but I'm looking forward to all sorts of snuggles (both human and animal) when I get home.

Molly has barely eaten all week, so I suspect that she's going to be a bit beside herself when I get back- the only presents I'm taking back are for her and the lovely people who have doggysat for her whilst I've been away. I've got my priorities right I think ;)
