Does everyone keep their babies room at the suggested temp? 18C is wayyyy to cold in my eyes :loopy:. It got down to 19 in the middle of the night a few nights ago.. and it was freezing. I was shivering. SO I put the heating on and got it nearer to 22.

Is 16-20C a realistic temperature to keep our babies in overnight? I know its because of SIDS and all that... SO what temp do you think your babies/your room is if your baby sleeps with you?

Well my little one woke at 4 this morning crying. He was cold. He has one of those 'grobags' but his arms were freezing but with us 3 all shut in a room with the heating on it becomes very stuffy so he ended up with us.

I have bought some vests with long sleeves to put under his sleepsuit at night and see how that goes.

For me and my kids 22-23C is ok for the day and 19-20C for the night. 16C is really freezing:shakes:
