have you disabled your onboard graphics in the bios?

Restart, go into the BIOS (usually either DEL or F2, press both a few times while restarting), look for an option either to turn onboard graphics off or to look for PCIe graphics first.

Can be in different places depending on BIOS, can't remember the wording of the options but is usually in the second or third section.

and don't forget to have your monitor plugged into your old gfx socket while doin this :hihi:

You got another gfx card you can try? Ive had a duff one recently, can be very disheartening.
