Yes we did but at least we're not moaning about the ref. You got a point, went above Wednesday and you're STILL moaning.

Lets be honest we cant blame the ref for our own shortcomings, yes he was lousy but so was we in the first half.
If we dont learn to start the game how we finish it then we are going to end up missing out on promotion, having said that beatts had a good chance and I expected him to score,he didnt so if we dont take our chances then its out fault.
On the positive side we are back where we belong above the piggies and thats where it will stay from now on.

The referee was poor, but we should have still won the game.

The decision I was disappointed in the ref last night was when he gave Webber a yellow card; it was a 50-50 ball, Webber went in and the ref looked it at, deemed it a tackle not worthy of a foul, let play comence, then when he noticed their player had stayed down, blew for a foul. He then proceeded to the player rolling around in agony (he was sprinting on said foot 30 seconds later) and decided to book Webber because of this.

No but what is really bad is that a few years ago they decided the premiership needed to have professional refs, not doing full time jobs during the week. This happened and the standard of reffing is getting worse, not better

Can't think of any other job where every decision you make can be analysed at leisure, in slow motion, from half a dozen different angles and then pronounced upon by armchair "experts" on telly and in the papers.

If i was you i would stay well clear of making predictions like united will finish above us judging by the way your lot have played in the past 2 games, your above us on goal difference alone
And Beattie,he's been bloody awful since he came back

Dont think the season is based on the last two games, and have you forgot the 4 games before that?

Looks like Rob Styles is being punished for being useless, and demoted to the Championship. His first game? Bristol City v Blades, next week... you can almost see the flurry of posts now... :)

At least with Mike Dean, there was contact for the sending off... as for Styles, you just need to have a leg in the general area of a superstar, to concede a penalty...

There doesn't seem to be a lot of difference between the sides in the Championship, some are going to do better than others but it's more from luck than judgement. Wolves the front runners hammered 5-2 by Norwich is a good indication of what to expect.
