I was just wondering if anybody had a go shop card from meadowhall?
I heard from a friend that she got a free meal in one of the restuarants with a friend for her birthday from it.
Has anybody else had this?
Just want to know if it is any good really.
Thankyou

Yeah I got a voucher for my birthday last week but never used it... It does say you have to pre-book and to be honest no restaurant worthy of 'treat scran' actually at Meadowhall in my book...I prefer somewhere with a bit more class as a treat for my birthday!! We ended up at Que Tel on West Street!!

Never looked in to this much , always wondered about it though.
can you explain the basic principle behind it. ?

Do you have it swiped after each puchase then get points or what.?

basically there are booths situated round meadowhall.....

you insert your card, and it comes up with a load of offers, like 10% off certain stores, or buy one get one free meals etc, you simply choose which ones you want, print em off, and when you go to that store/restaraunt, hand it in

I've had a go shop card for a while. All you actually do with the card is plug it into the various machines around meadowhall, and then the machine brings up a list of various offers that are available (there's pretty much always 10% off Dorothy Perkins, New Look, and I think Burtons, as well as buy one get one free's in places like MacDonalds). You press a button to print out the vouchers, and it is these that you present in the shops to get your discount, not the card itself.

It's nothing fantastic really, but better than a kick in the teeth!
