Does anyone know anything about the boxing gym just below the devonshire chippie end of division street?

Im looking to take up either boxing or some kind of martial art. My friend went to look at the Akido school and told me there was a boxing gym right below it.

Does anyone know the place im talking about? Anyone train there?
