I'm thinking about putting an offer in on a property where the front room of the house is currently a dis-used shop and I was wondering what kind of cost I would be looking at to have it converted back into a living room, so I know what kind of offer for the property would be reasonable.
Has anyone else done this and would you be able to give me some advice?
