I have 2 identical large rooms available in a shared house in Nether Edge, S7 1GU.
Each is £76.50 per week including ALL bills. - gas, water, electric, tv license, council tax.
Also included incoming landline, wireless broadband internet and digital TV per room.
Top Digital TV Package includes Sky Movies and Sky Sports.
The rooms available are the downstairs front room and the upstairs front room. They are both approximately 14ft x 12ft and both have large bay windows and real wood floors. The house has double glazing, gas central heating, downstairs wc and an excellent bathroom. Also washer, 2 fridge freezers, microwave and range cooker.
Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, large mirror, cream curtains and chest of drawers.
(There is no shared Lounge/Dining Room)
To share with 2 working men.
