The flight has been redirected to Bangor in Maine.

Then name of a passenger on the plane has apparently appeared on a known terrorist list.

Probably that well-known terrorist Cat Stevens again.

Though the article is badly written, I think it is referring to the passenger on the flight that was divereted previously.

I think it applies to this latest incident; it says it's the second time this has happened in a week.

A plane en route from Milan to Boston has been diverted because the name of a passenger on board matched that of a person on a no-fly list.....
....Earlier in the week, an Air France flight from Paris landed there because someone on board had a same name and birth date

nearly the same as a person on the government's list of suspected terrorists.

That flight continued to Boston less than two hours later after the passenger of interest was detained by federal immigration officials, along with three of his family.

The four were later released and allowed to continue their trip after officials determined the man was not the one on the no-fly list.
