Has anyone else got Hell's Highway yet? If so, what are your views on it? I got it yesterday and have hardly stopped playing it. I mean it's absolutely amazing, probably the best game I've ever played, perhaps rivalled only by Half Life 2, and that's saying something. The only word to describe it is "epic". If you haven't got it, get it! The graphics are fantastic, I thought they'd squeezed everything out of the Unreal 3 Engine, but Hell's Highway pushes it to it's limits. And the story. wow. It really is just like a lost episode of Band of Brothers. Fantastic.

Have you played any of the Call of Duty series? How did it compare to those?

Did it seem to "clean" to you? Looking at the trailers and gameplay videos of it, it all appeared too clean and sunny looking. It didn't look like a battlefield is "supposed" to look to me.

Whats the multiplayer like, again, compared to COD4?

I've played all the COD series and would say it's definetely better, much more gritty and realistic. While COD2 (for example) is basically a series of missions, Hell's Highway plays, like I said, very much like a film, or an episode of Band of Brothers. I know what you mean about the trailers looking sunny but it looks fantastic in-game, very dark and atmospheric. I've not yet been on MP so I can't comment on that, but my previous experiences of BiA online is that it is, again, quite different to COD.

Good game but a rental, not a buy.

You can complete the single player campaign in under 10 hours, and the multiplayer doesn't touch COD4, so the replayability factor is low.

The single player campaign is excellent, and I loved the storyline and the fact it does truly show the horror of WW2 in the plot (children dying, young women being hanged etc) and the OP is right is is almost like playing through Band of Brothers.
