Does anyone know of clothesmaking classes for secondary school age kids? My 11yr old wants to learn how to alter/individualise her clothes and if possible make some of her own.

I dont know about classes except sometimes the millenium galleries run one day workshops. Have you seen the book called "Yeah I Made It Myself"? You can get it on Amazon, quite a young book, aimed at getting started.
