You'll have by far the majority of fans in Cardiff irrespective of who you will be playing. You're also a form team going into this match and have come good lately (ie, how many of you would have predicted getting to the play-off final a few months back?).

From what little I've seen of you on TV you have one or two players who are looking good. The goalie made one of the saves of the season last night, he proved he's a real sportsman by asking the ref not to book Sodje (?) for a late tackle (so very refreshing - he also looks as though he's enjoying every minute of it); Peacock in part looks like he could become a fine centre-forward and Steve Bruce's son played like his dad used to.

I can't see anyone - at that level - beating you. All the same, you shouldn't be too confident but as a Bladesfan I'm 90% sure we'll be having derbies again next season.

I am a tranmere fan who was at the game last night and we were all over them. Currently devastated but if you saw the game you will know how one sided the contest was. Sheffield Wednesday are a much better side than hartlepool, you shouldn't have any problems.

there is no such thing as a easy final ,games what have looked easy have have turned into extra time and penalties

OK, true. It requires your team to perform well, a bit of luck etc, but there are much better opposition that you could come up against than Hartlepool.

Of course wednesday will get promotion, theyve done so well to get where they are now, and it asnt been an easy ride for them,but they have proven to many what they are capable of! Shame that Mclean wont be available for the final, think it would of been a great reward for all his hard work this season! Come'on you blues!

I think the weight of support will get Wednesday promoted - al la Man City in 1999.

Well done to SWFC for getting to Cardiff. I am a Blades fan myself but think Wednesday have done well to get there, especially considering where they were when Sturrock took over. I do think however it may be a season too early for wednesday to go up. Sturrock will have a hell of a task in front of him to build a team good enough to stay in the championship where if they weren't successful in Cardiff, Sturrock could use this summer to build a team good enough to go up next season and stay up.

PS. Anyone have any thoughts on Bolton Wanderers?
Do they scare anyone?
