Rather annoying Flash site but a bit more info and plans. The 75k ones will probably by even smaller than most city centre flats but the development looks ok in general. Seems too cheap really?

Yes, I did take a look at the plans.

I may be being really naive, but the fact that the smaller apartments are described as one bedroom and not 'studio', leads me to think that these may even be cheaper than the studio city centre apartments which seem to be priced at about £80,000 upwards.

Some of the plans show a bed in the living room of the apartments. However, the properties still seem to be less expensive than the UCubes etc.

Which ones Lib? I spotted one appartment on the first floor that was actually on the second floor too - it had stairs

Hi Strix, see apartments 54 etc on the ground floor plans

Just been looking at the plans and Apt28 on the first floor looks really tiny. If you compare it to the beds, which are probably smaller scale than they should be.


EDIT - oops that has an upstairs

The ground floor flats look like broom cupboards.

Nick2- The sizes of the ground floor apartments are easily comparable to other city centre apartments which are on at higher prices.

Look at Apt 52 though in the bottom right hand corner, it's just a bed and a bog.

Check the next floor to see if there's more to it. I'd be surprised if a whole bathroom wasn't a legal requirement :thumbsup:
