I am moving to Sheffield in late December I am looking for a flat/house in a decent/safe area.
Can you tell me something about these (I have been only twice before in town, so I have no idea - forgive the ignorance)

longley/ Piper crescent
page hall / popple street, wade street
hillsborough
lloyds street

where would you recommend to look at for a safe and pleasant area AND cheap/not outrageously expensive?
