Can't imagine there will be too many responses to this........but hey is there anyone out there who would be up for trying to start a running group geared towards marathon training.
i.e a couple of long runs a week - preferably mid week - even god forbid before work. i.e starting at 7am and running for 90mins or similar.
I am currently unrealisitcally aiming to run sub 3 hours for the marathon, at present it is looking more like sub 4 hours - yes there is a big difference hehe.
Anyway thought i'd throw that out there - as training by yourself can at times be quite pleasant, but at other times decidedly dull!
