Small and private classes in the traditional Chinese art of praying mantis Kung fu. As well as monthly instructor training program.

Covering all aspects of training from traditional forms, self defense ic (pressure testing), weapons training and defense, Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing), lion And Dragon Dancing.

All classes instructed by a recognized British Council for Chinese Martial Arts instructor and BCCMA forms judge and BCCMA Lion Dancing judge.

Is it a realistic & effective form of self-defence? Not trolling, just want an honest answer. Does it work?

well ive used it on the street to defend myself and iv found it works for me.
but i will say its like any other art it depends what direction you take your training for what you want it for.
