Why is Sheffield becoming a city that has large potholes in many of it's roads. Some around Crookes and Walkley have been there an age and are so deep I avoid those roads when out driving.

The problem seems to be getting worse and repairs appears to last only a matter of weeks before the pothole reappears

If I were to put my tracking out, get a puncture or get a shock absorber leak caused in part or in whole but the potholes could I claim from the Council?
