Can anyone tell me if there are any pay as you go gym's in sheffeild.

I don't want a contract as i can't guaranty i can get down there enough due to other training commitments during the week.

what you looking to do? you want an actual gym? if not, i recommend kick boxing as a good way to get fit. tough work out! just as good as any gym.

if you want a typical gym, i recommedn ponds forge. think they do pay as you go, but works out more expensive...
