Hi there, since last night have not been able to get my emails on outlook express - Im on virgin. The internet is ok, just the emails, its asking for password and when I type it, it says its wrong, but its not!!!! Is this is virgin problem or not??? :huh:

Mine is fine.
Give them a call. The phoneline usually tells you if there are problems in certain areas before you get to speak to an advisor.

Are you sure something hasn't unticked itself on Outlook Express?
This isn't Sheffield-specific, is it? :)
