Anybody else watching this? Missed it yesterday, but today's had me crying within 10 minutes! Those poor baby cheetahs that are missing, the morose cheetahs left, the mum squeaking. And then the lioness getting attacked by hyenas.

It's more dramatic than any Spielberg film!

This filmed where my sister lives :)
she loves living in kenya, her children have a better life than most city kids here, alot of natural wild life literally walks through their garden. My brother in law works with the Masai tribe , great life

I enjoyed previous series but putting Kate Silverton centre stage has ruined it. What on earth were the BBC thinking of? Teaparties round the camp fire for goodness sake. She adds nothing good to the programme.

Last night's wasn't as entertaining - too much focus on the Masai tribe. I guess the cats hadn't been up to much the night before!

Was quite shocking to see the elephants and lions battling it though! Wouldn't have expected that!

Agree with the anti Kate Silverton! Saba Douglas Hamilton was so much better in every way, not least because she was born and lived in Kenya, speaks Swahili, works in conservation etc etc. At least it's not The Humble.

And the anthropormorphism is really getting too much.

Thought that baby elephant was gonna get it last night too!.. lucky he had the others looking out for him!.. Also, did you hear the bloke saying that when the cheetah is in full speed chasing prey each stride is 7 foot!!.. Wow:wow:

Is it my imagination, or is the bloke who does the Cheetahs (Jonathan Scott) a bit light on his feet? :hihi:

Brilliant - I think trying it live is a good idea, allbeit a lot of stuff is done in the dark but the technology is great. But Kate Silverton is annoying. JAckson is brilliant though "Welcome to my office" - love it. Jonathan Scott is a bit annoying the way he gets so het-up over things he has absolutely no control over in the circle of life, but I could watch Simon King endlessly .... total dreamboat.
