I was hoping somebody may be able to recommend me a good chinese food takeaway in or near Crookes(moor). Whatever you do don't bother with the one on Barber Rd - can't remember it's name - unless you like your food under an inch of grease. tweetypie 07-10-2008, 21:35 Not crookes but not that far away in hillsborough is China cusine on middlewood rd. They do a great deal of three smaller dishes-large selection including prawn dishes (500ml container) with rice or chips and prawn crackers for £10.
