Earlier on Men and Motors, there was an interesting insight into the amount of drug-abuse in Leeds; not only the high amounts of injection of drugs, I was also shocked at the amount of homeless people.

Granted, Leeds is bigger than Sheffield, but (source: W. Yorks police officer that appeared on the documentary) 135 homeless folk is quite high.
