Hi, I'm a total beginner and I'm interested in taking up basketball. I have looked on ponds forge website as well as Don Valley and Concord but they don't seem to offer any actual lessons. Thanks - I'm female by the way!

have you tried the yellow pages, or yell.com- i just saw it on tele, maybe it might help. Pondsforge is probs the best place, and i think the EIOS english institute of sport do things but maybe its just teams... TRY yellow pages under coaching??
