After waiting to purchase tickets someone has left a black and white Border Collie cross dog in the ticket office. Staff are looking after the dog but are keen to return it to its rightful owner. anyone any ideas ?

Good job they didn't take the kids with them to the ticket office.;)

awww you could name the dog something to do with where he was found, until his real owner collects him. I suggest 'Loser'!

presumably no collar, can anyone test for a miscrochip?

where's Strix when you need her? She's the dog person around here ....

(wanders off mumbling .... never normally off the site and then when you need her for something serious, gone!)

I was a bit pre-occupied with a thread about a jackrussell thanks, Ruby :P

I decided the dog was in good hands and as I have no idea how to find the owner in this case - I kept my trap shut (unusual hey? ;) )

I have taken a couple of dogs to my own vet for scanning, before taking them to the police station, but people who care enough to pay for chips are probably not the sort who wander off forgetting about the dog :( (besides, the vets would all have been shut when I read this post ;) )
