Various workouts are available and put together based on your requirements, for example Circuit, Stomach Abs workouts, Legs Bums and Tums, Martial Arts workouts, Cardio.
Either do a one hour workout, or do a half hour workout. (£10)
The half hour workout is useful if you simply want to target certain areas of the body (ie stomachs, legs bums tums workout) and have a fast workout.
Costs for full session = £25 for one session, or £80 for 4 sessions. All workouts put together based on your requirements.
Half hour sessions = £10, a workout to target a section of the body.
