It depends what you mean by under represented

What I mean is do individuals who have Autism for instance get enough help from Charity's or volunteer/Support groups or do you think that more support could or should be given. I am asking about all client groups Children and Adults.

I think I understand what you mean, and I suppose the answer is that it is all of them! By definition, charities/volunteer groups for specific conditions are totally subjective, and nobody is ever satisfied, but there is limited help available in any case.
