I've done kickboxing (8months) and Ju-Jitsu (10months) before and as my gym membership ran out I'm thinking I may do something again...just want to get a good workout and fitness up...and I was never as fit as when I did Ju-Jitsu.

Would consider other martial arts but I like the ground fighting element of Ju Jitsu and although I like sparring...I can't take a punch to the face! i'm doing this for fun and fitness....not to see how out of shape my nose can get...(it was always the women who broke the 'no straight punches to the face' rule!)

Location is an issue (S20), i'll check out both the above but if i can't make classes and have to pay petrol money then the cost outweighs what i'd get in return.

I looked at yours before posting Brian, and it did interest me...but as I'm hardly ever in theCity Centre I don't know how I would be able to work attendance.

thanks, I just found that a min ago and sent a messege, location is perfect...shame they don't do ju jitsu though.

they are introducing new things at the minute the koreon kickboxing is great though give it a try .
